Despite the series plunging to all-time low ratings on Season 13, Fox has confirmed that Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick, Jr. will all return as judges for the upcoming go-around.
Ryan Seacrest, of course, will also be back as host.
“Jennifer, Keith, Harry and Ryan are the very best in the business at what they do, and I’m thrilled that they are returning to American Idol for another season,” said David Hill, Senior Executive VP, 21st Century Fox.
“Each brings unique qualities and expertise to the team, but they all share the same passion for helping undiscovered singers achieve the American dream.”
American Idol, which crowned Caleb Johnson champion, fell 28 percent among adults 18-49 last season, but few blamed the judging panel, which displayed solid chemistry.
Most believe the show has just naturally grown stale over such a long run, with other singing programs (The Voice, mainly) offering up new competition.
Season 14 will kick sing off in January.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard are set to be parents for the second time.
A rep for the couple tells Entertainment Tonight that Bell and Shepard will welcome a sibling for daughter Lincoln some time in the next few months.
