Founder Interview Michael Alexander from Telecoin on Altcoin Magazine

Hey Michael! Glad to connect with you again! Please tell us, who are your biggest competitors and how do you differentiate yourself from them?

We don’t really view anyone as competition, as we see ourselves as mere contributors trying to achieve the same goal. Mass adoption for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.

Why do you believe that this startup is unique in comparison to its competitors?

The Platform we have built is unique.

TeleCoin uses a decentralized blockchain voting system, to establish consensus for future advancements and updates of the TeleCoin Masternode. Tell us about that?

Masternodes are incentivized nodes that receive rewards based on their availability and their ability to offer network services in a decentralized and trust-less manner. Running a Master Node requires 10,000 TeleCoin collateral, for as long as you choose to run the Master Node and allows the owner to vote on budget and development proposals. The voting system is core to the decentralized governance of our network and plays a vital role in enforcing changes and improvements by the community through direct participation.

Tele-fone adds secure P2P calling and messaging to its list of impressive features. Tell us more about the military-style encrypted phone — which enables Secure Interaction, Secure File Sharing & Secure Storage. Also the DAPP hub, that will enable developers worldwide to connect and contribute their own DAPPS, tell us about that.

With recent data breaches we have seen from major companies and constant, over-the-top tracking infringements, I feel now is more important than ever to retain what privacy we have before we forget that privacy is a birthright. In some parts of the world having privacy is a real issue and it threatens some of the political constructs of today.

What’s the most important thing you’re working on right now, and how are you making it happen?

Adoption. We are excited about the IEO and we are having advanced communications with other major exchanges and networks about potential partnerships for Trend Setter and the TELE Mobile Network.

If you weren’t building your startup or leading your company, what would you be doing?

Investing in a select few coins.

What advice do you have for people just starting out with a business or trying to make their fortunes?

Patience and perseverance are a virtue. Focus on your goals and don’t be afraid to exceed your targets.

Thank you, Michael, I think that was it for now! It was amazing catching up with you!
